1. About Makkenha

Makkenha is a managed-reseller marketplace for automotive spare parts, focused on Chinese and Korean vehicles. We list one price per part and coordinate between customers and approved suppliers. We verify part compatibility and supplier stock before you are asked to pay.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your mobile number, delivery address, and vehicle details, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Pay-After-Confirmation Ordering

Placing an order on Makkenha is a request, not a completed purchase. After you submit an order, our team verifies part compatibility with your vehicle and confirms supplier stock. Only after this confirmation are you asked to pay. A binding sale is formed when you complete payment for a confirmed order. We may decline or cancel any order before payment if the part is unavailable, incompatible, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud or abuse.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and, where applicable, include Value Added Tax (VAT). Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers (such as Tap and Stripe). We do not store your full card details. You agree to pay the confirmed order total, including any delivery fees shown at checkout.

5. Compatibility & Fitment

We express fitment confidence as "exact" or "likely" and may offer VIN-based verification. While we take reasonable care to confirm compatibility, you are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information. Our Compatibility Verification Policy forms part of these Terms.

6. Delivery, Returns & Warranty

Delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation, infringing intellectual property, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Platform, including logos, text, and design, is owned by Makkenha or its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Makkenha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the applicable consumer-protection laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom.
