This Warranty Policy explains the cover that applies to spare parts purchased through Makkenha. Our goal is to give you confidence that the parts you buy are genuine, correctly supplied, and fit for use.

1. What Is Covered

Parts purchased through Makkenha are covered against manufacturing defects and defects in materials for a period of [[WARRANTY_PERIOD]] from the date of delivery, unless a different period is stated on the product or applies from the manufacturer. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, its terms and duration take precedence for that part.

2. What Is Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, and consumable items nearing the end of their service life.
Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, accident, or modification.
Damage from failure to follow the manufacturer's fitting or maintenance instructions.
Parts installed by an unqualified person where professional fitting is required.
Any damage occurring after delivery that is not a manufacturing or material defect.

3. Correct Fitment

Because we verify compatibility before payment, the warranty assumes the part is fitted to the vehicle it was confirmed for. Installing a part on a vehicle other than the one verified may void this warranty.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

5. Our Remedy

If a valid defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion and in line with applicable law, repair, replace, or refund the part. Where a replacement is provided, it is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

We strongly recommend that parts are fitted by a qualified technician. Keeping your installation invoice can help support any future claim.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the consumer-protection laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
